A virtual administrator is an independent contractor who provides

A virtual administrator operates from a home office but can access the necessary documents remotely.

What kind of administrative services?

Things like....

  • meeting management, minute-taking for board meetings

  • creating business presentations, reports, policies, procedure manuals, business forms, or job postings

  • proofreading, editing or formatting your speech, business plan, Safety Manual, or marketing content

  • organizing your email, or cloud folders and documents

  • internet research and surveys

What can I do for you?

What can I do for you?

I can save you money, and time.

I specialize in helping entrepreneurs and small businesses save time by taking administrative tasks off their hands, so they can focus on growing their business or spending time with family.

Did you know you can save up to 78% in annual labour costs hiring a virtual administrator over a full-time employee?  I can save small businesses money on a wide range of administrative tasks. You will save on office overhead, non-productive work hours, (seasonal down time, vacations), and employee payroll taxes.

You will only pay for the hours of actual productive work you need.  You don't need to hire me for __ hours per month, it could be by project.

What administrative task do you hate the most?

What takes up too much of your time?

Successful entrepreneurs know the power of delegation, so pass those time consuming administrative tasks on to a skilled, experienced administrator, me.
